Production Time

Most orders are produced within 5–10 business days. Production times may vary depending on the size of the order, product availability, personalization requirements, and our current production queue.

Production time does not include shipping or delivery time. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Creativ SpiritGear is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless those charges were collected during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
