Personalized and Custom Items

All personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, colors, sizes, and personalization details before submitting your order. Creativ SpiritGear is not responsible for errors contained in the information submitted by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@creativspiritgear.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the error is ours, we will arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.

Size, Color, or Customer Ordering Errors

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, color selections, and personalization details before ordering.

Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order, we cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size, color, style, or personalization choice.

If we approve a return or exchange for a non-personalized item, it must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping charges.

Please contact us before returning an item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has begun, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.
